Baby and Mom...

Pregnancy has been quite the experience so far. Yesterday we had to go in for the glucose test. That is where they test for Anemia and Gestational Diabetes. Well, we didn't pass with flying colors as hoped. So, we have to take a more in depth test this coming week... it's very possible we have Gestational diabetes. I'm hoping not, but, if we do... we'll deal with it. There's so much diabetes on both sides of the family it wouldn't surprise me if it comes back positive. Please keep us in your prayers. I want Hailey to have a healthy start at life. Most who do develop the disease grow out of it after the baby is born. So, we're hoping if we do, things will be good come Christmas. Don't worry though.. she's a very healthy baby so far. She's very active and growing just as she should. We're so excited to meet her... just about 13 weeks now. I'm so excited... going to be an Aunt again! Nici's due date is Monday... can't wait to meet little "Ezra." I'm excited to get that phone call that he's finally here and they're both well. It's so fun to see the family grow. Soon as something exciting happens, I'll let you know.

Uh... We've decided to change her name...

After much discussion between Aaron and I... we've made a slight change to our daughter's name. It's a tradition in Aaron's family to name the children after other family members. And my family, well, some of us were and some of us weren't. We've thought a lot about Hailey's name. We're not changing "Hailey," we love it. We've called her Hailey for most of the pregnancy now. We've decided (since we couldn't decide) to give her two middle names. I know... crazy right? Well, let's just hope when the day comes for her to marry, her husband has a short last name :). Hailey is going to be named after her two grandma's (both of our Mom's middle names). Her name is going to be (for sure this time...) **Hailey Ann Louise Heath**

This one is going to stick. I told Aaron I'm writing that on her birth certificate, so, it's final :)
