Our new baby "GIRL"

So, we have a girl on the way! You can't see her face in the picture... her arm is covering it up. I'll post a better profile pic in a few weeks. They're going to do another ultrasound to try and see the profile better. We're excited... so far she is healthy!

Goodbye Kids...

As our summer comes to a close, we remember so many wonderful opportunities we've had to spend quality time with the kids. We'll truly miss Steven and Allana. We had a little get together with immediate family to say goodbye. We're looking forward to Christmas this year. Not only will our family get even bigger, but, we're going to have all of the kids with us :) Yay. The pic's are from our last get together before the kids left to go back to their other homes. We ate and played at Discovery Park.

Our first family camping trip...

It's been a great weekend! We got to take both of the kids camping for the very first time. We had so much fun. We camped in Cascade, Idaho. It only took about 1 1/2 hrs to get there. We drove to the opposite side of the lake trying to find us a good spot to camp. The sites were more secluded and swarming with mosquitos. Ouch! We decided (glad we did) to go back to the first part of the lake to find us a spot to camp. It was very beautiful and didn't have near as many mosquitos. It got quite chilly at night. Allana roasted her first hot dogs over a fire and we had many laughs and bonding time together as a family. It was a trip we won't forget.

Iceskating...

We promised Allana for her birthday we would take her iceskating. Time flew too quickly last week at her party. We didn't get the chance to take her skating as promised. So, last night we scooped up our nephew "Abryn," and away we went. The kids skated all by themselves! We were all very proud of them. They had alot of fun. A few sore bums, but, it was worth it! They concentrated hard and seemed to enjoy it very much as you can see in the pictures. I totally forgot my camera... ugh! Luckily, Amy came after the little two were put down for the night. Fortunately, she was able to take pic's for me. I didn't get any pic's of Allana skating without the walker. She did manage to get brave for a little while and skate on her own (staying real close to the wall the whole time :)

Jack's 1st Birthday...

Jack turned "1yr old" on June 28th. Matt works alot during the summer, so, today they celebrated his first birhday. Aaron had to work, so, Allana and I went to the party. Jack enjoyed his cupcake. We all enjoyed our cupcakes!

Girls nite out...

Our local park plays movies in the park on a blow up screen every friday. The girls and I watched "Surf's UP" and had a great time as you can probably see. Next time we plan to bring warmer clothes... it got a little chilly for the kids while as the sun had gone down.

8th Birthday

Allana turned 8yrs old on Wednesday, 16th. We had a big "High School Musical" birthday party. It was great fun. On Tuesday, we took her out to eat. She chose "Romio's," one of our favorite local places to eat. After we ate, she was surprised with a giant Idaho Ice Cream Potato, which she enjoyed very much! It was a nice birthday for Allana.

Our week...

We've had a busy week. We went to the park with the nieces and nephews, attended some of the Sorensen Family Reunion, enjoyed the Boise fireworks... and spent the rest of our weekend sick in bed! What a crazy week for our family. Enjoy the pictures of our week!
