Dust Collectors...

Tonight we had our first Dust Collectors group meet at a nearby friends house. It was a success! We had about 8 people come and many more who wanted to. We're meeting again next month and expect our turn out to gradually increase. What a great idea!! Thanks Columbia Village Ward for your inspiration. Got away w/some great items :)

"Mama..."

Hailey's been saying "Mama.." for about a week or so now. The other morning she said "Hi, Mama." :) It caught me off guard. I must admit... I really like to hear her actually talking to me. It's such a cool feeling! She also says "soft and go." (not sure if I mentioned that one yet) She's such a joy and so full of love (personality, too!) We love her sooo much!!!

Her new teeth coming in have been affecting her mood. A simple suggestion from a good friend "Diana :)" has made life a little more comfy for Hailey~ Teething tablets! Thought I'd give them a try. They seem to be helping her feel better. :) Thanks Diana!

H1N1 Vaccine...

Hailey and I waited in line for almost three hours outside today and another inside to get the H1N1 Vaccine. I have to do it all over again in 4 weeks for Hailey's second dose. It was just suppose to be Hailey getting the Vaccine, but, the nurse said to me "well, we gotta have a parent to raise her" so she gave me the vaccine, too! They have a limited supply.. glad I got it. Plus~ usually costs $30 all the shots today were free! Eek.. it was 90 degrees today! I wasn't too prepared.. the thought didn't cross my mind we would be waiting outside! They had trucks circling giving out water bottles. I kept on pouring water onto Hailey and blocking her from the sun. Surprised I didn't get more burned. Glad I didn't!

Two new teeth, again!

My sweet little baby grows teeth like apples on trees! She was in her bumbo this morning while I was getting ready. She confirmed my suspicions... she is teething, again! There is a tooth breaking the surface on each side of her bottom teeth. Wow~ 8 teeth at 9 1/2 months... is that normal?? She's such a good girl... hardly know she's uncomfortable she smiles and is so happy most of the time. The last two days she's not been herself... the two new teeth certainly explain it.
